Dog Policy

Registered Assistance dog are welcome when they are accompanied by considerate owners.

We make no charge for your dog in return we ask that you to agree to our terms and conditions as listed below.

At the end of your stay please remove all traces of your dog from the property before departure. Please allow time for a thorough Vacuum and clean.
Your dog is not permitted on any furniture, or rugs (please bring a bed or blanket for your dog to sleep on).
Your dog must not be left in the property unsupervised.
Any damage caused by your dog must be reported and paid for immediately.
Damage to doors, furniture, floors etc caused by scratching or chewing, will be charged as quoted by local tradesman.
All dog faeces must be cleaned up from the grounds immediately and placed in the appropriate bin.
Please ensure your dog's vaccinations are up to date and they have been wormed prior to your visit.
This is a rural area - your dog must be kept under control at all times. We have free range hens your, dog must not be allowed to chase them.
Your dog remains your responsibility at all times.
